The one in middlesboro is good they have a buffet we eat there a lot but the one in Pineville they don't so we don't eat there that much
Horrible restaurant, the food was extremely disgusting, the chicken seemed to be about 100 years old.
The only drawback is the drive-thru service. The order doesn't appear on the screen for verification, which sometimes leads to mistakes, and they don't often give you the total until you pull to the window (which leads me to believe that they don't ring up the order until you pull around). Overall, though, the service is great!
Have a good buffet, and franchise food is perfect.
Whenever I visit this location, the service is quick and polite. I have to give kudos to the cashier during my last visit - she was very flexible when I had to change my order, and courteous throughout.
They made US wait for our food twenty minutes and then it was not correct and when I asked for sauces for the tenders they gave me one sauce for twelve pieces. It just seems like everything that you ask for the person just had an additude with you.
